Our appraisal report not only assists lenders in a borrowing capacity, but property owners, families, and business entities rely on us in the matter of divorces, eminent domain, partnership dissolution, estate planning, and probate, some of which require our expert witness testimony.

3-week Turnaround
$1,800
/minimum- Delivery of a narrative appraisal report within three weeks of viewing the property.
2-week Turnaround
$2,500
/minimum- Delivery of a narrative appraisal report within two weeks of viewing the property.
24 Hour Turnaround
$4,000
/minimum- Value range provided within 24 hours of viewing the property and receipt of retainer. Narrative appraisal report within 5 business days.
Residential Properties
Residential form appraisal reports start at $425 and mixed-use form appraisal reports start at $800 for a two week turnaround timeframe.
